User Agreement

Please read this User Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using the Reel Video mobile application ("App") operated by Space Bear Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to this Agreement.

2. Account Registration

You may create an account using your email address or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@reelvideo.app of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Credits and Purchases

The App uses a credit system for video generation. Credits are sold as consumable in-app purchases through Apple's App Store. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

New accounts receive five free credits, each unlocking one 5-second video generation. Free credits are non-transferable and have no monetary value.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to generate content that:

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you generate using the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs and prompts solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your generated videos or images.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws, including copyright and defamation laws.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Space Bear Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party AI services to generate content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs. Generated content reflects the capabilities and limitations of underlying AI models and may occasionally produce unexpected results.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Space Bear Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
