How do credits work?

Credits are used to generate videos. Each credit unlocks 5 seconds of video. You can purchase credits in the app under Add Credit. New accounts receive 5 free credits to get started.

How do I generate a video?

Start by describing a scene on the home screen. ReelVideo will generate an image — select your favorite, then tap the checkmark to move to video generation. Describe the action, choose a duration, and tap the star button to create your reel.

Why is my video taking a long time to generate?

Video generation typically takes 30–90 seconds depending on server load and duration. If it's taking longer than 3 minutes, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, contact us and we'll look into it.

How do I save my video?

Once your reel is ready, tap the save icon in the top right corner of the video result screen. You'll be prompted to name your video, and it will be saved to your device's photo library.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. If you're having trouble, email us at support@reelvideo.app and we'll assist you.

Can I edit a generated image?

Yes. On the image result screen, tap the edit icon to describe changes to the scene. ReelVideo will generate a new version based on your instructions.
