Third-Party Services
ReelVideo uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Firebase (Google) — authentication and database storage.
- WaveSpeed AI — AI image editing and generation.
- Together.ai — AI image generation.
- LTX Video — AI video generation.
- Apple StoreKit — in-app purchase processing.
Your prompts and images may be sent to these services to generate content. Please review their respective privacy policies for details on how they handle data.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated images and videos are not stored on our servers — they are returned to your device and discarded. Purchase records are retained for accounting purposes.
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@reelvideo.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
ReelVideo is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
